ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to grant the pay scale along with annual increments attached to the post of training Associate to the petitioner and also to consider the petitioner for the next promotional post.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner died on 22.09.2021. Even till today, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner did not take any steps to implead themselves as parties to proceed with this petition. Therefore, they have no interest to pursue with this matter.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
