O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint given by the petitioner on 25.01.2016. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint dated 25.01.2016 lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending before the respondent police. He further submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the investigation.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent police is also directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
