Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in R.No.239/A1/02-39 dated 26.02.2004 and the consequential order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.332/A1/2003 dated 11.06.2004 and quash the same and direct the respondents to restore the pay fixation as existed prior to the issue of the impugned orders and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner.
