This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 31.10.2023 in Crl.OP.No.24583 of 2023 to report before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and also during the Court hearing dates except for unforeseen circumstances, till completion of the trial.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court only during the hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
