R. Adhilakshmi (Died) v. K.N.P. Ravindran

C.M.P.No.13308 and 13309 of 2016 in S.A.No.1499 of 2007 P.T.ASHA, J These petitions have been filed by the petitioners to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 1st appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 5 and 6 on record as appellants 6 and 7 in the above second appeal as legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4.

3. Considering the submission made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
