ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.1/2009/C/ep/ dated 3.9.2009 and Na.Ka.1/2009/C/ep/ dated 21.10.2009, quash the same with a further direction to the fourth respondent to implement the order dated 16.10.2009 in Na.Ka.No.2565/2009/jp2, on the file of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent. When the matter was taken up on 2.4.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. So the matter was directed to be re-notified on 8.4.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter was taken up, none represented the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is compelled to dismiss the writ petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2009 is also dismissed.
