Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other writ order or direction in the nature of writ calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.Mi.Po/E.pa/Ki/Chit/Ko.Poll.DC/V No.238/11 dated 29.08.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's poultry farm located at Survey No. 17 and 13, Vasuki College Post, Chithode, except in accordance with law.
