Mr.R.Sivakumar standing counsel C O M M O N O R D E R Both these writ petitions are filed seeking for mandamus directing the respondents to consider their representations dated 14.12.2019, wherein and whereby, they sought for executing sale deed in their favour.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The case of the petitioners is that they were allotted the subject matter plots by the respondent/Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board and they have also paid the entire money towards such allotment. It is stated that even after making such payment, the respondent/Board has not executed the sale deed in their favour. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioners made the representations dated 14.12.2019. As the said representations have not been considered by the respondent/Board, the present writ petitions are filed before this Court.

4. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, only by directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 14.12.2019 for executing the sale deed and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
