This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29062 of 2023 dated 28.12.2023 to report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10:00 a.m, until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
