Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents continue to permit the buses TN 39/ AM 8700 and TN 39/AP 4747 of the petitioner or any other vehicle that will replace those vehicles in future on the route Tirupur to Karur via. Kangayam and Vellakoil to use the old bus stand as per the permit taking the existing course of the permitted route.

PRAYER IN W.P. No.26867 OF 2008 :

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents continue to permit the buses TN 47/ Q 9900 and TN 47/Q 9700 of the petitioner or any other vehicle that will replace those vehicles in future on the route Tirupur to Karur via. Kangayam and Vellakoil to use the old bus stand as per the permit taking the existing course of the permitted route.

PRAYER IN W.P. No.27404 OF 2008 :

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents continue to permit the bus of the petitioner bearing Registration number TN 47/Q 9767 or any other vehicle that will replace those vehicles in future on the route Tirupur to Pallapatti and Tirupur to Karur via. Kangayam and Vellakoil and to use the old bus stand as per the permit taking the existing permitted course of the route. When these matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein have become

infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.

2.Recording the same, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
