O R D E R

This Court passed an order on 12.06.2012, which reads as under:- "The above matter is listed today i.e., 12.06.2012, under the caption 'Writ Notice Section Default Cases', for noncompliance of the requirements of the Registry.

2. The concerned counsels are directed to comply with the requirements of the Registry, on or before 26.06.2012.

3. On non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, on or before the specified date, as directed by this Court, the WP shall stand dismissed, automatically, without further reference to this Court."

2. The matter is listed for hearing today i.e., on 07.11.2019. The verification of records reveals that the condition directed to comply with has not been complied with. Thus, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
