Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent fairly conceded for extension of time. Considering the averments made in the petition and also the submissions made by both sides, time is extended for depositing Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakhs fifty thousand only) before the trial court on or before 08.02.2016.
