This petition has been filed to relax the bail conditions imposed in para No.4(b) upon the petitioner vide orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.27653 of 2023 dated 08.12.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily once i.e., every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
