Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Respondents from interfering with the petitioner in quarrying the excess of mixture sand and clay from his Patta land bearing survey No.69/4A, Periyanarkunam Village, Chidambaram Taluk, Cuddalore District, and use the same for domestic, agricultural purpose within the revenue village of the 4th respondent.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from interfering with the quarrying operations done by the petitioner in his patta land bearing survey No.69/4A, Periyanarkunam Village, Chidambaram Taluk, Cuddalore District and using the same for domestic and agricultural purposes. 2.Heard both sides and perused the records.

3.It is seen that vide order dated 09.06.2009, this Court granted an interim order of injunction and the same was extended till 07.07.2009. Thereafter, the said interim order was not extended. Considering the nature of the relief sought herein, this Court is of the view that the prayer made by the petitioner does not survive at this distant point of time. 4.Hence, this writ petition stands closed.
