When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.

2. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there shall be a direction to the official respondents to disburse the terminal benefits to the legal heirs of the 4th respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
