The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the vehicle is yet to be repossessed and he seeks extension of time for the Advocate Commissioner to execute the Warrant of Commission. Time is extended for the Advocate Commissioner to execute the Warrant of Commission by another period of three weeks. If the Advocate Commissioner is unable to locate the vehicle on or before the next hearing date, this application shall stand automatically closed with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application as and when the vehicle is located.
Post the matter on 01.04.2025.
