This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 08.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26820 of to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court, till completion of trial on all hearing dates.
