ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to include the

name of the petitioners in the patta for the joint family properties in the revenue village of Thenmugam Vellode, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District.

2. The petitioners claim that they had given a representation on 11.11.2025 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose, which was also forwarded by the first respondent to the third respondent on 27.11.2025 and on 08.12.2025. However, according to the petitioners, till date, the representation of the petitioners dated 11.11.2025 has not been considered by the third respondent by passing final orders. The petitioners have filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of their representation dated 11.11.2025.

3. Mr. S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioners' representation dated 11.11.2025 is directed to be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioners in this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the

petitioners' representation dated 11.11.2025.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2025, seeking to include their names in the patta for the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the direction issued by the first respondent to the third respondent on 27.11.2025 and 08.12.2025 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is ordered subject to payment of single Court fee.
