O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2014 by taking note of the Inquiry Note in Crime.No.70 of 2012 on files of the Karda Police Station, Rajasthan.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the FIR was filed in the year 2014 and the petitioner approached the respondent on various dates to expedite the investigation but till now no action has been taken. Stating so, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for a direction to the respondent police to file final report within a stipulated time frame.

3.Mr.M. Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondent.

4.Since the First Information Report has been filed in the year 2014 and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Cr.No.4 of 2014 pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
