PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents and reply representations dated 01.02.2021 and not to harass the petitioner, in the guise of enquiry and the respondents police to withdraw the onerous condition cohesive action against our employees.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent on instructions submitted that an FIR has been registered in Crime No.1031 of 2020 against unknown persons and it is a case involving theft of Gold. The petitioner is the Administrative Officer of Attica Gold company and she is only called for an enquiry in the course of investigation.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police shall issue summons to the petitioner, as and when she is called for an enquiry. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
