(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 510 days in preferring the above appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.The reasons given for the delay are that the petitioner was not properly informed about the judgment which had been delivered and thereafter, he had to appoint a new counsel and file the appeal. In the said process, there has been a delay. It is further stated that he was unable to pay the Court fee within the stipulated time and had to collect the amount for filing. 4.Taking all factors into consideration, the delay stands condoned. The petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
