Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that as against the order passed by the Writ Court in WP.No.33163 of 2014, an appeal was filed in a batch of Writ Appeals in WA.Nos.47 of 2014 etc., batch including WA.No.1528 of 2015 and by an order dated 30.08.2019, the Writ Appeals were allowed.

2. As such, the order against which the current Contempt Petition has been filed, no longer exists. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
