This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the lives and limbs of the petitioner and his family members.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

On a perusal of the records, this Court found that already there is property dispute existing between the petitioner and the counter party.

Therefore, police protection sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
