Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the entire amount accrued and lying as on date in the credit of the monetary benefits under Contributory Pension Fund Scheme Account of the petitioner bearing University Staff Token No.09240 from the date of payment of his subscription till the date of his resignation expeditiously within the 1/4

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to disburse the entire amount accrued and lying as on date in the credit of the monetary benefits under Contributory Pension Fund Scheme Account of the petitioner bearing University Staff Token No.09240 from the date of payment of the his subscription till the date of his resignation.
2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
