Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed in R.C.No.2705/A6/08/Krishnagiri, dated 26.08.2008 communicated as per letter dated 20.10.2008 and quash the same and further direct the 1st Respondent herein to hold the selection of the Managing Committee of the Poora Mosque Wakf as per usage and custom of selection.
