CMP Nos.1648 and 1652 of 2023 in CRP No.3993 of 2022 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.

CMP No.1648 of 2023 is filed to grant an order of stay of the operation of order passed by this Court in CRP No.3993 of 2022 dated 02.12.2022.

2. CMP No.1652 of 2023 is filed to set aside the ex parte order passed by this Court in CRP No.3993 of 2022 dated 02.12.2022.

3. This Court passed an order in CRP No.3993 of 2022 on 02.12.2022 directing the Execution Court to dispose of the EP No.68 of 2012, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

4. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in the above two Civil Miscellaneous Petitions made a submission that the order was passed without hearing the petitioner/respondent in CRP and thus, they have chosen to file the present Civil Miscellaneous Petitions. 5. After advancing arguments for considerable time, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in both the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions has chosen to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.

6. Accordingly, CMP Nos.1648 and 1652 of 2023 are dismissed as withdrawn.
