ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to cancel

patta No.8393 standing in the name of the third respondent and restore the patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the third respondent has fraudulently and illegally obtained patta No.8393 in his name. The petitioner seeks for cancellation of the said patta and for restoration of the patta in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner had given a representation on 29.08.2025 to the official respondent for the said purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 3 and 4, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the respondents 3 and 4 as well as any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2025.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2025, seeking for cancellation of patta No.8393 standing in the name of the third respondent and for restoration of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the respondents 3 and 4 as well as any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire.
