Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent impugned of compulsory retirement his proceedings DO:DGM(GPS): AA:703:2007, dated 11.06.2007 and the 2nd respondent passed impugned order of dismissal in his proceedings CO/CDAC/DA/3198/2006-07, dated 12.12.2006 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner back into the service.
