This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the 2nd Respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.912 of 2020 consequently includes all the accused person who committed the offence as stated in the complaint dated 30.12.2020 and to file final report.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.912 of 2020.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the First Information Report was registered on 25.09.2020 in Crime No.912 of 2020 for offences under Section 279 and 304(A) of IPC and till date, no effective investigation has taken place and the respondent police have not apprehended the accused persons.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent Police on instructions submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the investigation is under process and the same has been undertaken effectively and after the investigation is completed, final report will be filed within a period of three months.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the specific stand taken by the second respondent, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to effectively under take further investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5 This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
