The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.35035 of 2018 in W.P.No.30022 of 2018 dated 14.11.2018, in which, this Court granted an order of interim stay.

2. Since the final order has been passed in the main Writ Petition No.30022 of 2018 itself, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition. Moreover, the petitioner had been taking time only for the purpose of verifying the same, however, without any positive instructions.

3. In view of the fact that the Writ Petition itself has been disposed of, this contempt petition stands closed.
