2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order of attachment secured by the applicant on 29.01.2019 may be raised as the respondent has paid the amount.

3. Recording the same, the order of attachment dated 29.01.2019 is raised.

4. Registry is directed to send suitable information to the Jurisdictional Sub Registrar's Office for intimating the raising of order of attachment dated 29.01.2019.

5. This Arbitration Application stands allowed with the above observations.
