ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to quash the order of the first respondent dated .04.2008 in RC.747/C3/2008, only in so far as it relates to the petitioner and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith approve the admission of the petitioner in the D.T.Ed. Course for the Academic year 2007-2008 and to publish the results of the petitioner both for the first year and second year D.T.Ed. Examinations.
2. At the time of admission, no interim order has been passed by this court. No counter affidavit filed by the respondents.
3. This writ petition is of the year 2013. The prayer is with regard to the approval of the admission of the petitioner in the D.T.Ed. Course for the Academic year 20072008 and to publish the results. As seen from the typed set of papers, the petitioner is a widow and a certificate for widow has been issued by the concerned Tahsildar. According to the petitioner, she is a widow and hence, she is eligible to undergo the D.T.Ed. course and she has also written First and Second year D.T.Ed. examinations. However, the first respondent has refused to approve the admission of the petitioner on the ground that the widow certificate was not enclosed by the petitioner.
4. Without approaching the first and second respondent, the petitioner has straight away filed this writ petition before this court and prima facie, this writ petition cannot be maintainable. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to make necessary application along with the widow certificate to the authority concerned. If the petitioner filed application and the law permits, the concerned authority is directed to consider the application filed by the writ petitioner and to pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
