ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the complaint filed against the petitioner in STC.No.272 of 2022 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Yanam.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the complaint as against the petitioner has been withdrawn and the entire proceedings was dropped therefore, prayer in this petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 23-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order KKN
