O R D E R

(Order of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner, father of the detenue seeking a direction to the respondents to produce his daughter Sangeetha, aged 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenue has been secured on 16.02.2021 by the Inspector of Police, Sankarapuram and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

custody of the detenue has been handed over to the elder sister of the detenue since the detenue refused to go with her parents.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents to the effect that the detenue has been secured and her custody has been handed over to her elder sister, the petition stands closed as nothing further survives for adjudication.
