PRAYER : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to afford police protection to the petitioner School to carry on the cleaning work in the patta land belong to the petitioner School, in consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.10.2023 and 10.10.2023.

ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to afford police protection based on the representations/complaints made by the petitioner on 01.10.2023 and 10.10.2023.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the compliant given by the petitioner was enquired in CSR No.622 of 2023 and it was closed on 10.10.2023. The relevant material was also placed before this Court.
3.On going through the relevant material, it is seen that the rival party has undertaken that he will not create any law and order problem and that he will workout his remedy only before the competent Civil Court. In the light of this undertaking, the enquiry has been closed. The above 2/4
undertaking will sufficiently taken care of the grievance expressed by the petitioner. If the rival party without approaching the competent Civil Court once again tries to create any law and order problem, it is left open to the respondent police to take action in accordance with law. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
