The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 16.02.2016.

When the matter was called on 25.02.2016, at request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 17.03.2016. On 17.03.2016, again at request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 21.03.2016 under the caption for "Disposal or dismissal". purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
