ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to effect SubDivision of the land, located in S.No.84/1A, Thamaraipakkam Village, Chengam Taluk, based on the application of the petitioner, dated 04.11.2019, within the time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard Mr.E.P.Senniyangiri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted an application on the file of the third respondent, dated 04.11.2019 to sub divide the land comprised in Survey No.84/1A, Thamaraipakkam Village, Chengam Taluk. The petitioner also paid the requisite fees to sub divide the property.

4. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any, pass orders to survey the land comprised in Survey No.84/1A, Thamaraipakkam Village, Chengam Taluk, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
