Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court, dated 26.11.2021 in Crl.MP.No.12177/2021 in Crl.OP.No. 20327 of 2021 that "the petitioner shall appear before the Investigation officer on every Saturday at 10.30. a.m. until further orders" and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RADHA PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12177 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20327 of 2021, dated 26.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed. -sd/- 11/02/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
