Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 2 to 4 and more particularly respondent 2 to consider and to consider and dispose of the representations dated 21.10.2009 and 28.10.2009 submitted to respondent 4 and respondent 2 respectively and to pass appropriate orders entering the name of the petitioner as pattadar bearing patta No.776 relating to survey No.241 extending about 2.83.0 hectares located in Kattarayakunda village, Veeraragapuram post, Tirutani Taluk, on payment of land revenue dues with penalty if any for the said land as per the relevant Government Orders and to make appropriate corrections and entries in settlement "A" register and other revenue records and till then to restrain the respondents from interfering peaceful possession and enjoyment and also restraining the respondents not to assign the land to any third parties under 2 acre scheme.

ORDER
When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 28.11.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today i.e, on 30.11.2018, under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his learned counsel.
2. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
