Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order bearing Na.Ka.No.1243/20539/Pa.Pi 2(1)/Va/2012 dated 08.04.2014 and 22.04.2015 from the files of the second respondent and the order bearing Na.Ka.No.Pa Pi 4(1)/54/18889/2014 dated 24.09.2014 from the files of the first respondent and quash all the three orders insofar as it denies promotion to the petitioner as Special Sub-Inspector of Police as per G.O(Ms) No.15, Home (Pol.V) Department dated 07.01.2010 and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Special Sub-Inspector with effect from 01.11.2012 by granting due seniority and all service and monetary benefits within a time

frame.
