Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in respect of the order bearing Rc.No.E.3(1)/481/33517/2010 dated 01.06.2010 in rejecting the request for revocation of licence issued to Motcham and Mini Motcham Theatres and quash the same and direct the first respondent to revoke the licence issued, without the consent of the petitioner.
