The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.18972

of 2010 dated 03.08.2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the above said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent herein. In proof of which, a copy of the proceedings dated 27.02.2023 passed by the District Education Officer, Sholingar has been produced before this Court after duly serving it on the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court had also gone through the same.
