The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in and to quash entire proceedings in P.R.C.No.133 of 2018 on the file of the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.
2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.
3. Both the learned counsel have identified the de-facto complainant, who is present before this Court today. In order to identify the petitioners, the first petitioner has submitted the photo copy of his Voters Identity card and the second petitioner has submitted the photo copy of his Aadhar Card viz.,1.Ramachandran - RHI1018183, 2.Dinesh Kumar - 3526 0272 9404 and the defacto complainant has submitted the photocopy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
her Aadhar Card V.Kanaga - 2389 4022 5981, after verification of the original, the same are recorded.
4. Today, an affidavit dated 21.02.2018 was filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that she has no objection to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.133 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.
5. Recording the same, the proceedings in P.R.C.No.133 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
