2. The applicant has set out the reasons for delay in paragraph No.3 of the affidavit in support of the application.

3. The plaintiff has no objection to this application being allowed. 4.Upon examining the affidavit in support of the application and being satisfied that sufficiant cause has been made out for the delay, this application is allowed.
