JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present intra-Court appeal has been instituted challenging the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 19.01.2026 in W.M.P.No.1714 of 2024. The relief sought for in the said petition is to grant stay on the Kudamuzhukku Abishekam proposed to be conducted by the HR&CE Department on 28.01.2026, pending disposal of the writ petition.
2. Learned Government Advocate would submit that Kudamuzhukku Abishekam has been completed today(28.1.2026) morning at 10.30 a.m. That being so, no adjudication on merits is required. However, the writ petition is pending and the petitioner is at liberty to raise all his grounds in the main writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs.
