PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondents Bank in connection with its proceedings No.PER/KJ/816, dated 14.06.2007 including the report of the Evaluation Committee and quash the same and direct the respondents Bank to promote the petitioner as General Manager notionally with retrospective effect from such date a deemed fit and proper by this Court with all consequent benefits and also accord him other service benefits on the basis of notional completion of 60 years of service and also direct consequent revision of pension, etc.
