The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.20409 of 2010 Page No.1 of 4

dated 03.08.2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the above said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent herein. In proof of which, a copy of the proceedings letter No.8922/Ni.Va.2(2)/2017 dated 03.07.2017 passed by the respondent/Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, School Education Department, Chennai has been produced before this Court after duly serving it on the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court had also gone through the same.

4. Since the said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the above order and seek necessary relief, if he is so advised, in the manner Page No.2 of 4

known to law.
