The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order dated 13.05.2008 made in Pa.Ma.Ci.Ma.3/2007/E2 passed by the 1st respondent confirming the order passed dated 28.08.2006 made in Pa.Mu.No.14024/2005/A2 passed by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to remove the names of the respondents 4 to 8 in patta No.151 relating to S.F.No.68/1, Kanakkampalayam Village, Tiruppur Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2. Both the counsels represented that nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the submission made by both the counsels, nothing survives in this Writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
