ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to receive the Application Form CCPA, dated 05.03.2016 together with prescribed fees and grant the Maxi Cab permit in respect of Vehicle No. TN-22-BM-6945.

2. Mr.A.Zakir Hussain, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent and submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the submissions made b y the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 05.03.2016 in Form CCPA and the prescribed fee for the grant of Maxi Cab permit and consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
