ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) of BNS read with Section 66(D)of Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008 in Crime No.16 of 2025 seeks

anticipatory bail.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.35028 of 2025, dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner with the following observations:

"3. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am of the view that this petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of cancellation of bail; however, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail at this stage."

3. Notwithstanding the categorical findings aforementioned, the petitioner has preferred this second petition seeking the same relief. Since, the earlier order was dismissed on the ground of non-maintainability, this Court finds no merit in the present petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 03-02-2026 JAI
